I hereby freely and willingly give consent for Elevate Nursing LLC Events and www.nurseconevents.com (the “Site”) and any of its Service Providers to transfer and process all my personal information, including sensitive personal information, such as my email address, name, gender and location to servers in the United States, which I know may not guarantee the same level of protection as the country, province or state in which I reside. I also know that, absent a contractual waiver with my signature, I may withdraw, revoke or opt-out of this consent at any time by emailing privacy@elevatenursing.com.
