What is Camp NurseCon?
Camp NurseCon is an all-inclusive summer camp retreat designed to provide fun and engaging experiences where nurses and nursing students can come together to connect, unwind, learn, and grow.
This one-of-a-kind event will welcome 450 nursing professionals to a stunning, nature-filled setting. In addition to earning ANCC-accredited education, attendees can enjoy a variety of camp activities, including archery, yoga, nature hikes, arts and crafts, water sports, themed nights, parties, games, and more. It’s the ultimate combination of relaxation, education, and community-building—perfect for nurses seeking to recharge, connect, and find inspiration.
Who can attend Camp NurseCon?
Camp NurseCon is open to adults aged 21+ from all nursing backgrounds and experience levels.
Can I bring a friend who isn’t a nursing professional?
Absolutely! Non-nurses are welcome and can enjoy many of the activities we offer. However, they will not be eligible for CNE credits and will still need to pay the conference fee, which covers all activities, food, drinks, and accommodations.

Camp NurseCon will take place at The Acres, a stunning venue located two and a half hours from NYC.

What are the cabins like?
Cabins feature modern, clean accommodations with fresh bedding, private hot showers, and bathrooms. Each cabin houses 8–10 people, creating a fun, community-focused atmosphere and a great opportunity to meet like-minded campers. Doors don’t lock, and storage is shared in true summer camp style, so we recommend keeping valuables to a minimum and bringing only what you need for a comfortable stay.
What does my accommodation include?
Can I request to share housing with friends?
Yes! During booking, you can request to share housing with friends. Ensure requests are mutual.
Are the cabins co-ed?
Co-ed Cabins are only available for groups of 8. If you are coming as a couple, we recommend booking a private room.
Are there cabin upgrades?
Yes, private room or cabin upgrades are available during registration, subject to availability. Book early as they sell out quickly.
Are the cabins ADA-accessible?
Yes, we have ADA-accessible cabins and buildings. Contact us if you require an ADA-accessible cabin.
Is there cell phone service available?
Cell service is functional for T-Mobile and Verizon customers. AT&T customers will have limited access but can use the free Wi-Fi network.

Is the education provided accredited?
Yes, NurseCon LLC is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
How do I claim my CNEs?
Shortly after Camp NurseCon, you will receive an email with an online evaluation to complete. Once you have completed your CNE evaluation, your certificate will be automatically emailed to you. If for any reason you do not receive it, reach out to support@nursecon.com.
How many CNEs will be offered?
Over 15 CNE credits are available.
How do I get to Camp NurseCon?
Will food be provided?
Yes, we provide 8 full meals over the weekend, along with snacks, baked goods, salad bars, desserts, and late-night snacks.
What beverage options are available?
We offer a premium bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, as well as coffee, tea, soda, and water throughout the day.
What if I have dietary restrictions or allergies?
We cater to all dietary needs, including vegan, vegetarian, and allergy-friendly options. A special dietary needs chef will ensure all requirements are met. We are a nut-free facility.
Do you offer payment plans?
Absolutely! Deposits start at just $99 per person The remaining balance is split into equal monthly payments. Payments are automatically charged on the 14th of each month. Final payment is due September 14, 2026.
How do I book as a single attendee?
Booking as a single attendee is easy! Many of our participants come alone, and our program is designed to help you quickly connect with others and form lasting friendships. Simply follow the booking process to purchase an individual ticket.
How do I book as a group?
Booking as a group is easy! During the checkout process, you’ll have the option to specify that you’re part of a group. Make sure everyone in your group uses the same group name when completing their booking (e.g., ANNASNURSEGANG or TOMSRNSQUAD). Groups of 8 or more are eligible for private cabin upgrades, subject to availability.
What should I bring to Camp NurseCon?
Comfortable clothing and shoes for outdoor activities

A warm jacket or fleece for chilly fall mornings and nights

What items are prohibited?
No drugs, weapons, outside alcohol, or pets are allowed at The Acres.
What should I do if I lose something during the event?
