What is NurseCon Orlando?

  • NurseCon Orlando is our first on-land conference which brings the same high-quality education, energetic entertainment, and beautiful accommodations that our attendees have come to love!

What dates are the conference?

  • Sunday, September 22 through Thursday, 26, 2024. Full conference schedule will be published on nurseconevents.com prior to the event. 

Is NurseCon Orlando a family-friendly event?

  • You are welcome to expand your trip to include family for this on-land event! Orlando offers amazing, family-friendly experiences that will keep your loved ones busy while you are at the Ultimate Nursing Conference. You may bring your family to stay with you at this on-land conference. However, please note that only adults 18 and over are eligible for the Guest Pass Add-On. All NurseCon events (CNEs, parties, etc.) are 18 and up, no exceptions.

 How do I register for the conference?

  • Registration opens on January 10, 2024, at noon ET. To register for the conference, please visit our website nurseconevents.com. There you will be able to select the registration package that suits your needs. Following registration, you will have an option to be redirected to the event hotel’s site where you can book your room at a discounted rate using our group booking code (limited quantity available), or by calling the Loews Sapphire Falls Reservations Center and letting them know you are part of the NurseCon group: 833-243-4729.

I need to cancel my registration. Can I get a refund?

  • Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do I cancel my registration?

  • For assistance in canceling your conference registration, please email our Customer Service Department at support@nursecon.com, or call us at (850) 318-8830 and we will be happy to assist you. All cancellations must be done in writing. Please note there are no refunds for conference fees. To cancel your event hotel reservation, please contact Loews Sapphire Falls Resort directly at: (407) 503-5000. If you have booked elsewhere, you will need to contact that hotel’s guest services department.

  • The hotel reservation link will be shared upon registering for the conference for you to book your accommodation at our special group rate. (limited availability).

How much is parking at Loews Sapphire Falls Resort?

  • Discounted Self-parking rate is $15.00 per vehicle per day (tax not included) for all attendees of the conference throughout program dates.

Will there be a conference fee?

  • Yes, the conference fees fall into 3 categories:
    • Nurses and Health Care Professionals - $729.00
    • Guest Party Pass (non-CNE credit/friends and family) - $399.00
    • Pre-licensure Undergraduate Student Pass - $399.00

What's included in the conference fee?

  • Your registration includes conference events, lively parties, interactive activities, and, of course, top-notch continuing education. 
  • You’ll be responsible for booking your own travel and accommodations.

Is there a payment plan available for the conference fee?  

  • Yes, there will be a monthly payment plan available. 

I can’t pay by credit card, is there an alternate payment method?

  • All registration payments must be made via electronic payment at the time of registration. You will have the option to pay in full, or choose a payment plan.

Do I have to stay at Loews Sapphire Falls to attend the conference? 

  • No, you may choose to stay at any hotel of your choosing, though staying onsite offers an array of benefits to our conference attendees.

Is there dining available at Loews Sapphire Falls?

  • Yes, there is a selection of restaurants and lounges to choose both onsite at Loews Sapphire Falls as well as the neighboring Loews hotels in walking distance. Please visit their website here, for more information.

What activities will be offered?

Does the conference hotel offer early check-in?

  • Guests arriving early to the Loews Sapphire Falls Resort on the day of their reservation can check in and leave their belongings with luggage services at the hotel until their room is ready. 

How many CNEs will be offered? 

  • Over 40 accredited CNEs will be offered.

Is NurseCon accredited? 

  • NurseCon LLC is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. California Board of Registered Nursing Contact Hours Provided by NurseCon, Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, Provider #CEP17493

Where can I find more information about the event, i.e., agenda, speaker line-up, topics?

  • Once the education line-up is finalized, we will have that information available to you on our website.

Is travel insurance available through NurseCon for this conference?

  • There is no travel insurance for the conference fee through NurseCon, however, we recommend that you obtain private travel insurance coverage in case you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances.

Do I qualify for the free after 2pm theme park pass?

  • Guests who registered during the presale or selected the pay in full payment option during registration will receive the free after 2pm park pass to use on Sept 24 on our NurseCon Universal Day. Tickets will be distributed at the conference. If you don't qualify for the free park pass, please contact Universal to purchase.

What is the dress code at these events?

  • At NurseCon, all are welcome, and we encourage you to dress to your comfort level. Most attendees dress in resort casual wear for our NurseCon conferences.

If I am unable to attend the event, can someone substitute for me, or could I receive a credit for a future event?

  • The conference fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Can I purchase my conference registration when I get to Orlando?

  • No, all registrations must be done in advance online. Please note that capacity is limited, and registration will be closed once capacity is reached.

What are the deadlines for submitting abstracts?

  • NurseCon speakers are personally invited based on availability and area of expertise. The call for poster abstracts will be announced in 2024. Please contact customer support for specific questions about your abstract submission or presentation.

I didn’t receive a registration confirmation.

  • Be sure to check your spam folder for your confirmation email. Your email server also may have blocked it. Please reach out to customer service and let us know if you have not received your confirmation email.

Where do I earn contact hours?

  • After attending the conference, you will receive information on how to complete your continuing education surveys and claim your contact hours. 

Is there a deadline for earning contact hours?

  • You will have approximately 4 weeks after the conference ends to complete your session evaluations to earn contact hours. You will receive multiple emails alerting you to the deadline date. Please be sure that you check your spam/junk folder and contact customer service if you have any questions. 

How do I become an exhibitor at the conference?

  • Please submit your exhibitor inquiries to Customer Service who can be reached by phone at (850)318-8830, or by email at support@nurseconevents.com, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

I need a receipt for my employer.

  • You should have received a receipt automatically at your primary email address (check your spam folder). If you do not see it or need additional detail, such as the credit card information used for the transaction, please contact customer service.
